Quality policy and Management’s commitment
Since its founding, ACL DIRECTPROMO has been absolutely committed to quality as the backbone of its company strategy. ACL’s quality policy is the performance of our services in accordance with the requirements and needs of our customers, as well as with legal and other requirements that may be endorsed, without accepting any commitment that may affect these principles. The basic management method continues to be the continuous improvement model.
To this end, ACL Management is committed to faithful compliance with the Quality Policy set out in this document, the objective of which is to develop and continually improve the Quality Management System, as well as to ensure that it is followed by all persons who integrate and/or collaborate with the company. To do so, it establishes and presents analyzed objectives and goals as a tool for reviewing the system. The Management team at ACL performs the evaluation of the application and effectiveness of the services on an ongoing basis, continually evolving and improving.
ACL Management publishes its policy, encourages and promotes cooperation and mutual respect with employees, suppliers, collaborators, as well as with customers, their representatives and collaborators, as well as with representatives of public administrations.
